When you book a Confidential Partnership Conversation or send an enquiry, I collect your name, your role, your email address and whatever you choose to write in the form or say in the conversation.

If we go on to work together, I keep the notes and documents we create during the partnership.

To reply to you, to prepare for our conversation and, if we go ahead, to run the partnership. Nothing else.

I do not sell your information, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

In Australia. This website is hosted in Sydney, and anything you send through it stays there.

Only me. I do not have staff, and I do not give anyone else access to client information.

If we do not go on to work together, I delete your enquiry details after twelve months.

If we do, I keep the records of our partnership for seven years, the usual period for Australian business records, and then delete them.

Everything we discuss is confidential. Any legal or ethical limits to confidentiality will be clearly explained in your agreement.

You can ask me at any time for a copy of the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email me at info@janinemanning.com and I will reply within thirty days.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, tell me first and I will try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

This site does not use advertising trackers, social media pixels or third-party cookies.
